Camborne Town Deal are delighted to launch their new website and social media channels this week, giving a new channel to share details of the project with Camborne residents.
This site will be our primary resource in sharing information with local residents and businesses about what we’re doing. The Town Deal Board was convened earlier this year to put together a Town Investment Proposal, bidding for up to £25m for the regeneration of the town.
We’re working on an outline proposal for investment, and we’re gathering feedback from local residents and businesses to provide evidence for what is needed in our town.
The website and social media channels will provide invaluable tools for the Town Board to communicate with our audience, consulting on local opinion, getting feedback on proposals, offering residents and businesses the chance to have their say and sharing the latest developments with the people of Camborne.
“It’s really vital that we talk to the people who live and work in our town, and get their feedback about what we need to include in the future of Camborne. Our digital channels give us the best tools to do this – we can immediately engage in a two-way conversation with the people we need to hear from the most.”Anna Pascoe, Chair of the Board, Camborne Town Deal
