Expressions of interest are being invited for an exciting opportunity to take the lead on Camborne Town Deal’s co-working space project.
Part of the flagship town centre regeneration project, the co-working facility will transform a long-term vacant commercial property within the town centre into modern, high-quality workspaces for local small and micro businesses.
Camborne has been allocated £23.7m in Town Deal funding to deliver its investment plan and a small proportion of that money will be available for the successful co-working project delivery lead.
“We would like to hear from organisations interested in taking on this important town centre workspace project, which we believe will help local businesses flourish and support the vitality of our town centre,” said Val Dalley, Chair of the Camborne Town Deal board. “They should be experienced in this kind of activity and be keen to play their part in Camborne’s continued regeneration.”
